Some major questions are being raised regarding the recent discharge of conviction against a sportswoman who was caught drink driving. Was the justice system paid off in some method to allow this sportswoman to gain a discharge with no conviction? There is a minimum disqualification required by law, if caught drink driving.. Lawyers daughter charged with injuring while driving with excess breath alcohol

The daughter of two Wellington lawyers has pleaded not guilty to a new charge of injuring while driving with excess breath alcohol. Sophia Cara Ord Nisbet, 18, has been remanded by a Wellington District Court registrar until next year.
