Legal Advice
Need legal help?
The following page is provided as assistance to those who have had encounters with corrupt authorities.
Citizens Advice Bureau – Legal Advice
Office of the Ombudsmen – Complaints regarding the IPCA, Police or other authorities who are corrupt, or not playing nice.
Law Society – Locate a lawyer in your area
Legal Aid:
Legal Aid is not always the best option in court, a large amount of corrupt lawyers basically socialize with the police officers in your local area – Trust is value, and money buys trust with lawyers.
Tips:
If you encounter a police officer who you believe is corrupt, do not blatant accuse – Be curious, be positive and ask for the officer to identify himself along with his ID. Remember his name and badge number ( also located on the top of the uniform on the shoulder ).
Then consider taking the complaint to the IPCA – which will most likely get covered up anyway, statistically all the complaints that have come out of that place have been covered up some how or swept under the rug or take the complaint personally to the police station involved – and talk to the senior sergeant regarding the issues/conflicts.
If the police do not handle your complaint, or you feel that your human rights/freedom of speech have been seriously breached – contact us and we can investigate the case.
