Hamilton Police have fined a hamilton student, with ” failure to provide a lifting device ” – $150. Legislation.govt.nz appears to have no clause, or information regarding the above. A father has told of his son’s distress after allegedly being beaten seriously by a police officer. Martin James Folan, a west Auckland police officer, is charged with six counts of assault and one of injuring with intent to injure.
