FBI sends kim dotcom data away, despite judges call

FBI agents sent cloned copies of computers seized from Kim Dotcom and his Megaupload colleagues offshore just days after a judge said a court needed to decide if the agents were allowed to take the material, a court heard. Kim Dotcom’s Bodyguard – Court appearance

Kim Dotcom’s bodyguard appeared in court on firearms charges. Wayne Tempero’s North Shore District Court appearance follows the raid on Dotcom’s Coatesville mansion and subsequent arrest last week. The bodyguard faces one charge of unlawfully possessing a semi-automatic shotgun. He did not enter a plea but through a duty solicitor opposed a media application to photograph him in court.
